- Building Size: 5,000-6500 square feet
- Parking: 10 parking stalls per 1,000 square feet of building
- Population: 100,000+ in a 10 minute drive or 3 mile ring
- Average HH Income: $85,000+ average household income
- Building Type: Freestanding or inline “End Cap” with visibility to the major roadway
- Occupancy: Shopping centers must have 80% occupancy, and strong anchors
- Preferred co-tenants: big box retailers, home improvement anchored centers, other fast-casual or full-service restaurants
- Traffic: 35,000 cars per day on the primary road
- Access: Locations need to have full access. Signalized access is preferred.
